Selected models are tested to ANSI/BIFMA X5.1 (e.g., LTS-110Z / LTS-210ZR). Test reports can be provided upon request.
Compliance documentation can be provided per target market requirements for the configured desk system. Please contact our sales team with your destination market and model.
Yes. Typical steps: Drawings → Preliminary Quote → Quotation/Agreement → Tooling & Sample → Confirmation → Production → Inspection → Shipment.
MOQs vary by product. For example, LTS-110Z requires 300 pcs per color. Color customization follows the applicable MOQ.
Yes. Sample and tooling availability, fees, and timelines depend on design complexity/materials and are confirmed in the formal quotation.
Lead time depends on model and quantity; a production schedule is provided after order confirmation. Shipments dispatch from Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
Factory warranty is defined by product line/contract. For defects or shortages, please contact us promptly with PO and photos; we’ll assist with evaluation and resolution.
